Shipping Policy
We deliver to all governorates of Egypt.
Once you complete your purchase we begin preparing your order, and we send a confirmation to the email address and phone number you entered, including your order number, the products you bought and their prices.
Delivery time
Orders arrive within 1 to 5 business days, depending on your governorate. See the table below.
Free shipping
Orders over 5,000 EGP ship free. Below that, the shipping fee depends on your address and is shown at checkout before you confirm.
Payment options
- Cards — Visa, Mastercard and Meeza. Available on every order, at any value.
- Instalments — ValU, Aman, Souhoola, Trou, Klivvr, Mogo, Forsa, Seven and CIB. Split any order into monthly payments; plans are shown at checkout.
- Mobile wallet — Vodafone Cash.
- Cash on Delivery — on orders up to 7,000 EGP, with a 10 EGP service fee. For larger orders, use card, wallet or instalments.
Online payments are processed securely through Paymob.
If for any reason you cannot receive your order, please contact customer service. Orders that are not received are cancelled, and any amount already paid is refunded to the original payment method.
