Swiss Pro+ is a Swiss home appliance brand, registered and trading in Egypt since 2023. We make small kitchen and home care appliances for households that use them hard and use them daily — and we build them to still be working in five years, not five months.
What we make
Air fryers from 3.5 to 10 litres. Blenders, hand blenders and food processors. Kitchen machines, stand mixers and choppers. Kettles, sandwich makers and pressure cookers. Irons, garment steamers, vacuum cleaners and chest freezers.
Part of the range is imported fully assembled. Part is assembled here in Egypt — which is how we keep prices reasonable without dropping the specification.
A warranty you can actually use
Every Swiss Pro+ appliance carries a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal household use, in line with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.
If the same fault comes back three times, we stop repairing and replace the unit. That rule exists because a third repair means the appliance was never right.
Service near where you live
A warranty is worth exactly as much as the service behind it. We run 22 authorised service centres across 14 governorates — Cairo and Giza, Alexandria, Gharbia, Menoufia, Dakahlia and Sharqiya, down through Fayoum, Beni Suef, Minya, Asyut and Sohag, and out to Ismailia and South Sinai.
That spread is deliberate. An appliance bought in Tahta or Girga should not have to travel to Cairo for a repair, so we put centres where our customers actually live. Three of our centres are in Sohag governorate alone. Every one is staffed by certified technicians and stocked with genuine spare parts.
