Refund & Exchange Policy
This policy follows Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Where the law grants you a stronger right than anything stated here, the law applies.
1. Change of mind — 14 days
Under Article 17, you may exchange any product or return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, and without paying any costs.
The product must be in the same condition you received it, with its original packaging, accessories and labels.
2. Defective or non-conforming products — 30 days
Under Article 21, if a product is faulty, does not match its description, or is not fit for its stated purpose, you have 30 days from receipt to exchange it or return it for a full refund, at no cost to you.
3. When the 14-day right does not apply
The law sets out exceptions where a change-of-mind return cannot be made:
- Where the nature of the product, its characteristics, or its packaging make it impossible to return it to the condition it was in at the time of purchase
- Perishable consumer goods
- Products whose condition has changed for a reason attributable to the consumer
- Products made to specifications the consumer requested, where they match those specifications
- Books, newspapers, magazines, software and similar items
These exceptions do not limit your rights under section 2 if the product is defective.

We will arrange collection through our courier. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; for Cash on Delivery orders, we will agree the refund method with you directly.
